Is the Yann app free?
Yes. The Yann app is free to download on Google Play and the App Store. You only pay for the rides you book.
How do I sign up?
Download the app and enter your mobile number. You will get a one-time password (OTP) by SMS — no passwords to remember.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. While booking you can choose a family member or friend as the passenger, straight from your contacts.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. You can book rides, rentals and outstation trips for a later time and track them from your bookings.
How do I pay?
Pay with your Yann wallet, UPI or card inside the app. Card details are handled by our payment partner — Yann never sees them.
How does Yann keep rides safe?
Captains are identity-verified through DigiLocker, every ride is OTP-verified at start and end, trips are tracked live and the SOS button connects you to emergency help.
