Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

SAFE & CARE SHUTTLE RIDE PRIVATE LIMITED ("the platform," "we," "us," or "YANN") provides a technology platform that enables users ("Passengers" or "Users") to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with independent third-party transportation providers ("Drivers").

2. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accuracy: You agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date information, including a valid phone number and payment method.
• Security: You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Keep OTPs confidential. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Passenger Terms (User App)

• Fares: Charges include the ride fare, applicable taxes, and platform fees.
• Additional Charges: Users are responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and state entry taxes incurred during a trip.
• Cancellations: If you cancel after a Driver has accepted and traveled toward you, a cancellation fee will apply.

4. Driver Terms (Driver App)

• Independent Contractor: Drivers are independent third-party contractors, not employees.
• Compliance: Drivers must maintain a valid commercial license, RC, and insurance as per local laws.
• Zero Tolerance: Adhere to total zero-tolerance regarding alcohol or drugs while on duty. Violations result in permanent suspension.

5. Wallet and Payments

• Wallet: Funds loaded are for paying for Services only.
• Withdrawals: Driver earnings are processed to the registered bank account according to the platform schedule.
• Refunds: Handled at our sole discretion; typically take 5–7 business days.

6. Prohibited Activities

No transport of illegal items, no harassment of users/personnel, no "off-app" ride arrangements, and no abuse of promotions.

7. Location Permissions and Data

Passengers: We track location to identify pickup/drop-off points and for safety during active rides.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, logos, and design elements are the exclusive property of SAFE & CARE SHUTTLE RIDE PRIVATE LIMITED.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the actions of third-party Drivers or Passengers. Our total liability is limited to the fare amount of the specific ride.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: Laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Gurugram/Haryana.
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
